Terms and Conditions

Below are the Terms and Conditions for staying in La Tiny Kiwi:

Booking

We require all contact details at the time of booking.

Payment

Before your arrival, we'll send you an invoice so you can pay via bank transfer, or when you arrive by Cheque or Cash.

We don't accept the Chèques Vacances.

Arrival and Departure

La Tiny Kiwi is available from 2pm on the day of arrival. We require guests to vacate La Tiny Kiwi by 10am on the day of departure, unless otherwise agreed and confirmed.

During Your Stay

In order to preserve the floors, and as all good Kiwis do, please remove your shoes before entering La Tiny Kiwi. We also ask that you leave La Tiny Kiwi in the same state as you found it.

 

Smoking

La Tiny Kiwi is a non-smoking space. Smoking is allowed within the property of Le Boulay but please use the bin provided.

Cancellations

All cancellations within 24 hours notice will be refunded in full if paid in advance (if not, you won't need to make any payment). Any cancellations less than 24 hours notice, the first night will not be refunded if paid in advance (if not, the first night will need to be paid).
 

Pricing

All prices are in Euros (€) unless otherwise stated. Prices do not include Taxe de Séjour (Tourist Tax) which needs to be paid in the final payment. Prices are subject to change without notice; we reserve the right to alter your rate should a mistake be identified. Although every effort has been made to ensure the accuracy of the information contained online, we cannot accept responsibility for any errors or omissions, and reserve the right to vary, amend, supplement or cancel any of the information featured online at any time.

Single Guests

La Tiny Kiwi is a flat rate and is not priced by occupancy.

Maximum Occupancy

La Tiny Kiwi can only accommodate a maximum of four people.

Breakfast

If you choose the optional breakfast, you can choose the time that it will be brought to you in La Tiny Kiwi, the time must be agreed upon by 10pm the night before. If a breakfast option hasn't been selected at the moment of booking, it can still be ordered by noon the day before. We must be informed of all food allergies at the time of booking.

Children

Parents are in charge and responsible for their children and they must be accompanied at all times. Le Boulay is a working farm with some hazardous areas around the property, like the unprotected natural pond, the open barn with dangerous sharp tools, tractors, and some old ruins that could fall more if played with.

Dogs and Other Pets

We are able to accommodate well behaved pets on the property of Le Boulay but not inside La Tiny Kiwi. This is done by request only and we must be informed at the time of booking.

Parties or Events

We are unable to accommodate parties or events in La Tiny Kiwi.

 

Damages

In the event that any damages occur to either La Tiny Kiwi or any items provided in relation to your stay, a fee may be added depending on the costs of repair or replacement. Make sure your assurance responsibilité civile is up to date so this can be used to cover the costs.

Car Parking

Car parking is available on the property of Le Boulay. Vehicles and contents are left entirely at the owner’s risk.

 

Special Requirements and Requests

Prior to your arrival please advise Le Boulay of any special dietary needs, mobility issues, or other requirements you may have. Whilst every effort is made to fulfill your requests, unfortunately we cannot guarantee these and failure to do so will not constitute a breach of contract. Please note that La Tiny Kiwi is not accessible for all as there are stairs to enter the main door, to enter the bedroom and there is limited space inside the Tiny House.

 

Complaints or Comments

Any complaint or comment regarding a stay should be made in the first instance at the time of your stay so that all reasonable efforts can be made to resolve the situation at the time. Problems which cannot be resolved there and then should be notified in writing.
